Booking Appointments

When you contact us for an appointment, it is helpful to advise our administrative staff of what service you require for example joint problem, injection, women's health. A brief description of your issue will help us to allocate you a suitable appointment.

If you feel your issue is urgent we will endeavor to arrange same day review. This can be very difficult and you may need to wait to be seen.

If you cannot attend an appointment please contact us as early as possible so that we can offer the appointment to another patient who needs it.

Patients who do not attend (DNA) their appointments will have this documented in their file. Our DNA policy is available on request.

In the case of an emergency call 999 or 112 and speak to the ambulance crew. During opening hours you can contact us between the hours of 9am to 5pm and we will do our best to advise you. Do not email us any urgent queries as emails are not monitored by medical staff.
